This course is designed to give you a practical working knowledge of sport nutrition based on current scientific knowledge.On completion of the course, you will be able to give good advice on basic sport nutrition to athletes, fitness leaders and the publicinterested in improving their nutrition knowledge for health and sport. for weight gain, weight loss and performance enhancement.
Successful completion of the course results in the award of a FIT certificate of Fuelling Performance
